Geraldine “Geri” Coleman Tucker is a thorough and skillful editor and writer who held key editing and reporting roles during her long journalism career at USA Today, Gannett News Service, the Detroit Free Press, and the Akron Beacon Journal. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tucker is a distinguished graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and has served on its board of trustees. She resides in Alexandria, Virginia, and is actively involved in the region. She is a clarinetist with the Sanctified Symphony Orchestra of Alexandria.
