My name is Abbe Fisher. For 12 years I worked as a customer service agent at SkyWest Airlines, Inc. I was responsible for taking payments, giving back change, daily closeouts, lead agent and temporary supervisor. I not only had to do my own closeout, but also the stations daily closeouts. I balanced and reconciled for multiple systems. I was a Complaint Resolution Officer and a Ground Security Officer. I also had the responsibility of creating the employees quarterly shift schedules. After my time with SkyWest I decided that I really wanted to get my college degree so, I ended my employment and returned to school to pursue my accounting degree. I am currently in my Junior year and hope to graduate in May 2016. I have since returned to the workforce as a teller.
