I have 12+ years of experience with product marketing and content marketing, building brand voice, creating content strategy, and writing effective branded content for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences.
Web Copy
I wrote content for a new gamified landing page, emails, and in-app messages to motivate and guide new hosts to be successful. I used a supportive, encouraging tone. The tips were clear and actionable to avoid overwhelming new hosts. The result was a significant increase in new hosts offering airport delivery, which improved their earnings as well as Turo's. There was a slight increase in hosts fulfilling bookings.
Many Turo hosts were struggling to grow their business because they couldn't get car loans. So we partnered with three vehicle financing companies who created car loans custom-designed for Turo hosts. For this vehicle financing landing page, my messaging focused on growth potential for hosts, and I briefly explained the application process at a high level. The new program was hugely successful and created a significant new revenue stream for Turo.
Many Turo hosts had car insurance that didn't allow peer-to-peer car-sharing. So we partnered with Tint to offer new, off-trip insurance custom-designed for Turo hosts. I created the strategy and content for the insurance landing page and campaign comms. For legal reasons, I needed to make it clear that the insurance was through Tint and not Turo. I translated complex insurance language into a simple, appealing offering. The insurance offering created a new revenue stream for Turo.
