Education
Teaching has always been my true calling, and my journey from the beauty industry into education has deepened my passion for helping students grow. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating an open and supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore, question, and discover. I believe in a Permissive and Indulgent teaching style, where students are given the freedom to express themselves, make choices, and take responsibility for their learning. I find that when students are treated with trust and respect, they rise to the occasion and thrive in ways that authoritative environments may not allow.
One quote that resonates with my approach is from Carl Rogers, a pioneer of humanistic education: "The only person who is educated is the one who has learned how to learn and change." This philosophy guides my work every day, as I aim to help students develop not just academically, but as lifelong learners who can adapt and grow beyond the classroom.
In both education and business, I’ve found that nurturing an individual's voice and giving them the tools to navigate their journey is the key to lasting success. Whether in the classroom or at The Nail Collective, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can flourish.
