As a public affairs professional with 11 years of work experience, Diana Carranza Maddock has been in charge of strategic communications planning, knowledge dissemination and outreach to key audiences in the companies where she has worked. She is currently consulting for energy companies and non-profit organizations designing internal and external communications plans, including crisis communications, as well as designing marketing strategies for the Non-profit sector.

She was in charge on internal and external communications as a Legal and External Affairs Manager for an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Company, where she led the communications component during crisis management. Her expertise also includes digital marketing, government relations, stakeholder engagement, market entry and exit strategy and compliance.
