I currently work as the communications contact for men's basketball, women's volleyball and men's/women's tennis for Troy Athletics. This role allows me to assist in the crafting of the external brand of the specific teams and for the broader athletic department.
In this role, I compile packets of notes and information that are released to the media and public on each of the teams. I also handle all written communication and releases for the programs I work directly with. In addition to written work, I oversee and handle the social media channels for many of our programs.
I also have an extensive understanding of NCAA Live Stats for volleyball, soccer and basketball.
This role requires great attention to detail and working in high-stress and fast-moving environments, all while building relationships with external media outlets and with the coaches and student-athletes.
I can be reached at [email protected] or at (408)706-0055.
