Beverage Testing Institute
With a vast array of professional experiences in the hospitality and adult beverage industries, that coexist with a decade of education and academic research in Anthropology, I have discovered a sincere passion for connecting with people through communication, shared ethos, leadership, and entertainment.
I am always in pursuit of the deliciously simple and distinctively complex and driven by the joy of making a sensory journey approachable while often being considered as unconventional and contrarian in my viewpoints.
Currently residing in Chicago, consulting and writing features for Sauce Magazine in STL, and Draft Queen columnist for the Wisconsin State Journal and madison.com.
