I have a passion for writing, food, fashion and pop culture. Find me binge watching the latest Netflix show or scoping out the city's best restaurants and hottest food trends. Currently am the Digital Editor for Baked Magazine, Syracuse University's student run food magazine, and am the Marketing Director for Spoon University Syracuse. I am also a member of the SU chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America and am a member of the Executive Board committee. Additionally, I am the Public Relations manager for the Syracuse University chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi in which I manage the various social media accounts connected to the chapter. Previously have interned at Lowenstein Sandler, a NYC law firm, in the marketing department.

Mikes Mighty Good Ramen Bar Warms Up Syracuse

On Sunday, November 12th, Spoon Cuse hosted a ramen bar sponsored by Mike's Mighty Good Ramen. The turnout was huge; over 50 students attended and were all huge fans of the ramen.

With her fresh ingredients, witty remarks and love for Jeffrey, she makes watching endless hours of the Food Network that much better. So when I found out about the parody Instagram account, Instagarten, I pretty much lost it.

Mikes Mighty Good Ramen: Ramen for a New Generation of Foodies

Ramen: the typical college student dinner. Although, I honestly have never found myself eating microwave ramen for dinner because it just isn't good. Why would I waste precious calories on a dinner that isn't going to fill me up and is going to taste subpar?

I admit latkes are pretty amazing. But when it comes to Jewish food there is so much more to enjoy than just fried potato goodness. This egg bread is something I look forward to every holiday. A little sweet and golden brown on the outside. You really just can't mess it up.

Tbh, there's nothing I love more than watching women pour their hearts out on television. So then, when they they're eventually kicked off the show, they have a substantial fan base to kickstart their Instagram career. From diet drinks to candy to dog food, ex-bachelor contestants know their way around advertising foods.
