After nearly 30 years of writing, editing, and creating content - mostly within the travel industry - I’m relaunching my freelance business, Content by Carole.

For the past five years, I served as Content Marketing Manager for American Stories Travel, formerly Beyond Times Square. In that role, I created content across a wide range of platforms, including blog posts, website copy, newsletters, social media, press releases, brochures, sales materials, feature articles, email campaigns, presentations, and more.

When my position was eliminated in 2026, I found myself at the beginning of another unexpected professional chapter. But this time, the next step felt pretty clear: return to the freelance business I first launched during COVID and focus on the work I have always enjoyed most - turning ideas, information, and sometimes a jumble of notes into content that is clear, engaging, useful, and enjoyable to read.
