Brian Bugge

An accomplished security and intelligence leader, Brian Bugge holds a bachelor of science in political science and a master of arts in criminal justice from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. He went on to establish himself as an expert in the fields of corporate security and risk management and law enforcement. Over his three decades of professional service, Brian Bugge has garnered extensive experience in education-, health care-, and hospitality-industry security. He has also led considerable retail loss prevention initiatives.

Brian Bugge has served as managing director of IRI Global since 2011. Headquartered in New Canaan, Connecticut, IRI partners with a variety of large business interests to help them better understand and control security risk. Mr. Bugge’s responsibilities with IRI involve organizing and managing a range of strategic initiatives that emerge from an enterprise risk management perspective and strive to safeguard businesses by employing both physical and intellectual and reputational security measures.
