I remember the moment I first stumbled upon the world of Instructional Design. It was during my internship at a multinational company, worked in the Learning & Development department. As an HRM graduate, this wasn’t a path I had planned to take, but something unexpected happened: I found myself captivated. The idea of blending creativity with the opportunity to help people grow sparked something deep within me. Suddenly, I knew this was exactly what I had been searching for: a way to make a real difference while letting my creative side come to life.
That spark turned into a passion. I became fascinated by the power of eLearning and the potential to create truly meaningful learning experiences. This passion led me to pursue a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from the Digital Learning Institute, accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University. It wasn’t easy, but through determination and focus, I earned a Distinction, a moment I’m still incredibly proud of.
Now, as I stand at the edge of this ever-evolving field, I can’t help but feel excited about what comes next. My journey in learning design is just beginning, and I’m ready to push my skills even further, explore new ideas, and continue growing, not just as a professional, but as a person. This is more than a career for me; it’s a chance to make an impact, and I’m eager to see where it takes me next.
