No New Orleans Saints player has caught more flack throughout the past year and a half than their young edge rusher Marcus Davenport. A hefty amount of pressure and expectations got heaped onto the shoulders of the 6-foot-6 pass-rusher out of UTSA after the Saints traded two first-round picks and a fifth-rounder to the Green Bay Packers to move up 13 spots and select Davenport 14th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Jared Cook - Best tight end in the NFC South

However good you think Jared Cook is - square it, double it, add 28.3 to it. Because he's one of the best tight ends in the league when healthy. The speed he possesses at his size, combined with the route running chops and ability to go up and make spectacular catches, makes him a nightmare for any linebacker or safety to match up with.

Three Saints primed for breakout years

Every season, there are players who come out of nowhere and surprise fans, contributing to their team's success more so than previously expected, based on past performance. Likewise, there are players who under-perform compared to assumed expectations. Hence, the balance of season-to-season positive and negative regression.

Don't feel bad for being confused at this pick, Saints fans. I was too, at first. "A center? Really? We just drafted Erik McCoy last year!" But hear me out, Cesar Ruiz isn't just any interior offensive linemen. This is probably the best interior guy in the draft.

Can Taysom Hill really be a franchise QB?

This is the question many New Orleans Saints fans have been asking themselves. Do Sean Payton and the Saints front office really think Taysom Hill is the answer once Drew Brees decides to hang it up for good? Considering they valued him enough to place a first-round tender on him, it's a viable question.

The LA Tech women's basketball team's (12-11, 4-5) game against FIU (3-19, 0-8) Saturday afternoon encapsulated senior guard Kierra Anthony's value to the squad. The Lady Techsters started to reel a bit in the third quarter. After leading by as many as 25 points in the second, their advantage had dwindled down to only six.
