Alker is an experienced Specialist in International business Management and Consultant, Relations and Diplomacy. He volunteered with numerous organizations helping them assess representative and delegate international effectiveness and leading them for Non-Profit Organization strategic plans around the world. His Current position is Consulting and Finance manager with the A & M Consulting Specialty and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in A & JR Consulting, LLC areas include international relations, crisis management, brand management, Foreigner affair, diplomacy strategy, Public Relations, Political adviser, and project management, financial management, and non-profit monitoring.

During my career, He worked in the extensive Project Management and monitoring in Business, non-Profit Organization, and trained as Development Instructor. He held numerous leadership positions in Profit and Non–Profit Organization, CEO/President, Founder of the Organization RESH and RESH Institute including, United Nations, IAVE, Red Cross, Humana people to People/ DAPP Zambia, IICD and others. He has taught Highly motivated, multilingual, professional with 25+ years designing, managing, Auditing, Delegating, evaluating and sustainable economic development including travel of 15 countries on Nor-Profit-Organization.

He holds a BA and master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from Schiller International University, A Masters Level Certificate of achievement in Global Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in Accounting from Centre Universitaire Management et de Productivite (CMP), Diploma of Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Diploma in Project management/Psychology from Advance Learning, Inc. His research areas of interest include Diplomacy, International Relations, Foreigner affairs, Environmental scanning, sustainability, strategic planning, organizational development, leadership, marketing, and management, Concerned with foreign trade, Agriculture with farm exports, Justice with international legal issues, human right, Globalization etc.
