I've had eight years of experience in UX content design. I most recently served as the UX content design architect for the OPPI department at Southern New Hampshire University for their future learning ecosystem.

I cultivated research and testing to establish the product's voice and tone, held a series of brand workshops to identify our target product voice and created the department's personality, voice and tone content guidelines for internal UX writers and external vendors.
