Hello! My name is Adriana Perez-Nakamura and I have been an avid reader and writer since I was a little girl. My professional career has taken many twists and turns over the years, but one thing has remained constant: I am always the go-to person for anything involving writing, editing, and proofreading.

I earned a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), as well as a certificate in Beauty Marketing and Merchandising from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Downtown Los Angeles. I have also been a California-licensed esthetician since 2010. I currently write marketing copy for beauty and skincare brands.

Although my background is specific to the beauty industry, I am eager to work on different topics and am creative, read often, and never want to stop learning. I have an eye for detail and balance, and am organized and manage my time efficiently. Customer service and communication are important to me: I listen to what my clients want, never hesitate to ask questions, and take feedback well.
