Rodney Malpert

A graduate of Cornell Law School, Rodney Malpert stands out as a leading figure in the field of business immigration law. He is the author of two loose-leaf treatises on business immigration law, and he has spoken frequently before industry groups such as the Society for Human Resource Management and the Council for Global Immigration. For the past eight years, Rodney Malpert has consistently been listed in Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration.

An active member of the business and legal fields, Mr. Malpert belongs to professional groups such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Arizona Technology Council’s Law and Technology Committee and an executive member of the TechAmerica Southwest Board. In these latter positions, Mr. Malpert draws from his previous experience in the tech sector, having worked as senior counsel for Texas Instruments.

Currently, Rodney Malpert serves as a partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where he manages the Phoenix office as well as other teams located in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. His professional responsibilities involve overseeing business immigration law matters with a focus on EB1 visas, national interest waivers, and PERM labor certification. Beyond these areas of expertise, he also has extensive experience with corporate reorganizations as well as lobbying and legislation.
