These black leather Peyton loafers offer a sublime example of Gucci’s eccentric verve. They're crafted in Italy with a square toe and a mid-high block heel that is set with chunky white faux pears and gold-tone metal studs, alongside the house's signature GG plaque. Note the red and navy Web-stripes across the vamp – a house signature. Keep them in focus by styling them with cropped jeans.
This black Baby Olimpia shoulder bag is a lesson in understated luxury by Bottega Veneta. Crafted from lamb leather, it features an Intrecciato-woven exterior and it’s topped with an antiqued gold-tone metal chain and leather shoulder strap. Opening up the front flap reveals a taupe-beige suede interior with three compartments and a detachable leather-trimmed mirror for your make-up touch-ups. Team it up with a camel coat for a timelessly elegant style.
The natural world is a constant source of inspiration for Sarah Burton's collection's for Alexander McQueen, as evidenced by these gold-tone brass Abalon earrings. Crafted in Italy, they're comprised of a scarab drop that is set with a selection of crystals and faux pearls, and suspended from a coordinating star motif under the slip-hook fastening. Showcase them with side swept hair and a khaki-sweater to reflect the rich green hues.
Valentino’s Rockstud detail instantly adds a tough-luxe edge to this pair of light-grey slides. Crafted from rubber, they’re made in Italy to an open toe and sit on a moulded rubber insole and a camouflage-embossed rubber sole, while the wide front strap is punctuated with two rows of gold-tone studs. Pair them with a white shirt and a khaki skirt for a laid-back look.
Finding inspirations in unexpected places is a signature of Demna Gvasalia’s creative direction and this black Ville Top Handle M bag demonstrates this perfectly. Crafted from leather with two rolled top handles, it’s hot-stamped with the new logo and printed with the label's name in a white font inspired by signage. Pair it with denim and chunky knits on off-duty days.
This pair of Gucci JBG trainers are a tribute to the silhouettes from the '80s, and this light-beige iteration will be the perfect way to inject a dose of luxury to your weekend outfits. Crafted from leather to a round suede-covered toe, they feature the label’s Web stripes for a signature finish. Fits true to size.
Balmain injects a touch of metallic shimmer its Pre-AW18 collection which includes this black knit mini dress patterned with graphic red, silver and blue stripes to sculpt the silhouette. This figure-skimming style has a neat high neckline and square shoulders – a house signature – which balances the short hemline. Style it with sky-high stilettos for evening glamour.
Prada pays tribute to its sportswear tradition with the futuristic feel of this black bag. Crafted from leather, it’s topped with an optional stud-embellished top handle, a detachable shoulder strap and a futuristic logo in hot-pink, grey and white. Wear it with a checked tailored coat to contrast the classic feel with a directional slant.
A utility-inspired theme influenced Prada's Pre-AW18 collection, as seen in this black nylon camera bag. The design features two compartments, a single leather wrist strap and metal logo-embossed plaque on the front. Emulate the industrial aesthetic with a zip-front colour-block sweater.

This season, Valextra is celebrating the birth of one of their iconic bags. The 24 hour bag, a tribute, created in 1984 by Giovanni Fontana, to the practicality and the colorful lifestyle of the modern gentlemen, is a suitcase and a portfolio in one.
For his second collection as the creative director of the renowned shoemaking house Sergio Rossi, it seems like Angelo Ruggeri has found his feet. Galvanized by 50s crooner aesthetics and ethos, Ruggeri cites Cary Grant and Gary Cooper as his real-life style inspirations for his spring summer 2015 men's collection.
The setting of the Fratelli Rossetti men's presentation in Milan was quite interesting. Contrasting with the over-the-top aesthetics cherished by Italian houses, the shoemaker brand founded in 1953 by Renzo Rossetti, was showcasing its Spring Summer 2015 without much ado and ceremonials. The shoes, neatly aligned on a U-shape grey block were enough of a statement.
James Long, a British designer who focuses on sportswear inspirations and youth culture, offered quite an interesting take on menswear for the next season. Denim, instead of its chambray softer counterpart, was found in most of the pieces in the show.

Unhappy with showing his collections in Paris, Mr Raf Simons took his guests to the Gagosian gallery in the Seine Saint Denis to display his last creations. Echoing to the art installation of the gallery, the Raf Simons Spring Summer 2014 collection was an interesting take on the pop art movement.
Neil Barrett, undisputed king of fabric mixing and tailoring was presenting his men collection earlier. Inspired by minimalism, it was also the continuation of his Fall/Winter collection which inspiration was the Bauhaus movement. Black, white, light grey and red are the only colors the designer chose to use for his collection.
Menswear fashion week is a busy week for Kris Van Assche as he also supervises the creative direction for Dior Homme on top of his own eponymous brand. And although his signature shapes are recognizable in both brands' collections, he also manages to adapt to the Dior Homme ethos without creating a conflict between his usual creed and the fashion house history.
Poetic flowers were in full bloom for Dries Van Noten's Spring/Summer 2014 menswear collection. Nature and plants, both of which are strong themes for the Belgian designer, decorated the clothing for this season. Dark colors, woven fabric and jacquard were staples throughout the entire collection.
For her second collection after her return to the house carrying her name, Jil Sander 's take on menswear for the Spring/Summer season was very much anticipated (to say the least). With minimalism at its core (a staple of Jil Sander creations), this collection is a clean-cut interpretation of modernity and current trends.
Welcoming us in a construction work meets Sahara setting, the Fendi Uomo show was unsettling. Fendi is known for the eccentricity of its runway show and their length too. And if we take into account these criteria, the spring/summer menswear show couldn't disappoint.

Now we've had time to reflect on the menswear SS15 shows, what would our (almost) sixty second round-up look like? Wonder no longer, for we present to you our quick-fire highlights from each city this season... Starting with LC:M, which continues to expand its influence and global impact, there was a great deal of experimentation, injected with a strong 90s influence.
