I love to write transformational and life-changing content from a non-judgment perspective.

I am the owner and founder of the TuthSpeaksGroup LLC, a multi-media coaching company that creates strategies and solutions for work-life integration/harmony (WLI/H).

I have a background as a certified career, executive, and life coach, trainer, author, and assessor and with over 20 years of business, coaching, and training experience, therefore I can write about career and personal development to leadership.

I hold a Masters of Education in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Science in Supervision and Management. I am Ph.D. student currently earning my degree in I/O Psychology.

In my spare time, I run a nonprofit I/O for Teens Inc. and MJA Publishing LLC, and my blog the WorkingWoman.co Blog. I am also an author of The Ultimate Brag Book: A hundred questions about how awesome you are, 52 Career Tips: Action Steps to Move you Forward and co-author of The Better Business Book Vol.3, and creator of Creating Your Career with Marla J.
