This email was sent to brokers and agents letting them know about sales flyers they could brand with their own logo and contact information. This email was sent to 45,000+ clients and generated some of the highest web traffic to our marketing hub page.
This email was sent out to clients to highlight that our PGA Brand Ambassador, Jimmy Walker, was taking part in the PGA Championship and looking to defend his title. Although the email was meant to drive awareness moreso than clicks, we saw higher than average email interaction.
A weekly product email sent out to insurance brokers and agents. The intent of these emails are to highlight risks related to a specific insured, and then provide the broker/agent with the size of their opportunity to capitalize on that sector.
This email was sent to prospective clients letting them know of the thousands in savings they could receive if they worked with Quicken Loans for their next home buying and selling experience.
This email was being sent to potential first-time homebuyers and was meant to be a compassionate tone in walking them through steps of the underwriting process. The intent was to be more informative rather than driving click-through rates.
This email went out to our servicing clients as part of our goal in retaining them for their future mortgage needs. We made sure to show them how even a 1% savings on their next loan could equal thousands of dollars saved, meaning more money back into their pockets.

Other
Landing page developed for a bundle promotion to help homebuyers save money on their next home purchase. Simple goal of the landing page was to allow users to calculate their potential savings on a new home and fill out a subsequent lead form.
I wrote the script for this video that was announcing a significant update to a portal that mortgage brokers use, which would help them save time and better serve their clients.
Cyber Monday Campaign
Each year, Rocket Mortgage would offer special pricing for purchase and refinance loans on Cyber Monday. This was often the biggest sale of the year and generated the most leads. This particular year's sale for Cyber Monday was our highest performing flash sale in company history to date. This deck shows the email journey we sent throughout the day.
We had this web banner take over the Quicken Loans homepage on Cyber Monday to promote the special rates and pricing for the day.
