In this webinar we were joined by our partners at ShipBob and Ecwid to breakdown all the latest findings from our 2023 State of Shipping Report. Within the report we surveyed over 1000 e-commerce merchants and customers to find out how online businesses go about their shipping operations and how they stack up against customer expectations.
