The Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board wants to know what parents and community members are looking for in a new Superintendent. The school board hopes to gather as much input from as many perspectives as possible before the end of 2022. Participants will voice their needs and priorities and help inform the School Board s candidate search in 2023.

In the Summer of 2022, residents voted on projects for Mecklenburg County to implement that were identified by groups of citizens within each Commissioner District. The County is working to implement the projects that received the highest votes. Below is a summary of the status for each projects as of February 2024.
