The narrative was presented with a supplemental claim asking the Department of Veterans Affairs to reconsider a veteran’s request for his Acquired Psychological Disorder (APD) to be considered service-connected based on the condition being secondary to his chronic Ulcerative Colitis. As a result, this veteran was awarded service-connected disability for his APD.
This narrative was submitted with an original veteran disability claim asking the Department of Veterans Affairs to consider a veteran’s request to be deemed and rated as individually unemployable. As a result, this veteran was awarded Individual Unemployability for his service-connected conditions.
