With over a decade of experience writing, researching, and collaborating with some of the world’s most popular and impactful brands, I pride myself on helping my team create more than just apps and websites. We create experiences that impact our users’ lives every day in small and big ways.

I’m a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and received my bachelor’s in literature from Louisiana State University. I also received a master's in writing from UMASS Amherst as part of a graduate fellowship. I’m a guitarist, bookworm, oxford comma appreciator, and pet lover. My passions include meditation, record collecting, and spending time with my partner and our son.

Smith comfortably makes her nest in Leonard Cohen's cracks, bathing in the duende-dark light that makes its way into the corners and crannies of an almost everyday life.
