Ashley White

Ashley is a journalist from Jacksonville, Florida, who is constantly amazed by the people and things she writes about.
She works as an education reporter for the Acadiana Advocate in Lafayette, Louisiana. She writes about everything related to K-12 schools including the amazing accomplishments of students and teachers, school board meetings and family issues.
For nearly four years, Ashley wrote about breaking news, crime, courts, cops and other community issues for The Daily Advertiser in Lafayette, Louisiana. Prior to 2019, she worked at the Tallahassee Democrat as a K-12 education reporter.
She graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2014.
