New Customer Onboarding Program - My CDW Advantage

I worked with UX designer to identify, evaluate, and redesign the customer onboarding experience, online and offline. I coordinated with 30+ stakeholders to launch this multi-pronged, crossfunctional program. I architected and adapted the content strategy and messaging, including on-/off-domain promotion and internal communication/training. In 4 months, we achieved a 14% incremental revenue lift and a lift in the 12% account creation rate. See the campaign landing page: cdw.com/whycdw
