Albertina Lloyd

Freelance journalist and editor

I am a versatile journalist and editor with almost 20 years experience and a bulging contacts book. I can turn my hand to anything – from writing engaging print copy, to converting it to a digital format with the power to go viral.
Call me old school but I'd rather pick up the phone and ensure I have the most up to date and accurate statements in my reporting, and show humanity in my interviews.
Over my career I have interviewed a universe of stars, and while I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to Search Engine Optimisation, I also relish revealing just what it was like to meet a person through the power of the written word.
Writing is what I do - but it is engaging the reader that is my ultimate aim.
