This chain is a commissioned piece made from 4 different sizes of links, each cast from a model that contained segments of bass guitar strings

An example of a reoccurring theme in my work, that of symbols, changes in perspective and meaning. These designs were spray painted on records and can be lined up, spun and displayed in a variety of ways
This is a project that began with a free-hand drawing of mine in marker. I later scanned it, projected the image onto four canvases, and painted them using black and white acrylic. I like to manipulate them for different effect
This was an exercise in ritual. I carved a square in linoleum everyday for 50 days immediately after meditating
The result was a very large stamp, that I later printed 50 times, on 50 large pieces of paper
Installations
Commissioned by Toronto's infamous Box of Kittens parties. I made hundreds of boxes out of acetate, each encapsulating an LED. They were strewn all over the venue like tea lights. FYI- when placed on a speaker, they bounce!
15 paper lanterns with LEDs. They swayed to the music thanks to the many fans installed in the venue. See YouTube clip below
This was a small installation that took place in a cardboard box. It was a self contained environment
