Born in Scunthorpe in 1984 to an English father and a French mother,
I attended Durham University where I achieved a 2:1 in Modern European Languages: French and German.
I then completed a post-graduate certificate in Periodical Journalism at the London College of Communication and interned at The Sunday Times Travel Magazine and Business Traveller.
In 2008, I moved to Paris working first for a multi-media publisher and then joining English learning magazines I Love English and Today in English as a sub-editor and writer.
In 2013, I decided it was time to return to the UK to pursue freelance work opportunities.
