Alex Macon

I am a writer and editor who has worked in newspapers, magazines, and their digital equivalents. Following stints at The Galveston County Daily News and D Magazine, I was hired as an editor for Southwest: The Magazine, the in-flight magazine of Southwest Airlines. That's where I am now, assigning, editing, and writing features and front-of-book pieces. I live in Dallas.
