These are the most and least expensive roads in the West Midlands

Solihull which boasts several of West Midland's own Millionaire Rows has a whopping six of the most-expensive roads in the region, with Ladywood Road in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham placing first. Ladywood Road is classed as the most expensive road in the West Midlands with sales from three properties averaging £1.5 million.

The decline of brick and mortar shops and the effects of online shopping

UK High Streets have seen a rapid decline in stores shutting down, most of it is due to a decline in customer spend, rise in online shopping and higher rate of taxes and inflation. Black students nationwide are using social-media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook to highlight and expose racism as they continue to be subjected to ongoing institutional racism. Despite blanket endorsements promoting inclusivity and diversity, British universities are failing to recognise and tackle racism and have become hubs for social and racial apartheid.

Benefit to raise money for Look Good Feel Better and Refuge

The Bold is Beautiful Project will have all pink pop up stores across the country from 27th of April to 27th of May 2018 and 100% of the proceeds will go towards women's charities. Several brands have donated to the project including: ASOS, Debenhams, Nails Inc, Agent Provocateur, Krispy Kreme, GHD, Shuh, the Cambridge Satchel Company and the London Evening Standard.
