Sydney Stroia

After struggling to find what my passion was in my early undergraduate career, I bounced around a few majors until I took a general education requirement titled “History of Communication.” After taking this course, I realized that a strategic communications major would not only develop my skillset of writing and analytical thinking that will help me succeed in law school, but that it would hold my interest and make me excited to learn.

A value that was instilled in me from an early age is to work hard. I live by the mantra that while you may not always be the smartest person, you can always be the hardest worker. I constantly am reminding myself that hard work holds great importance and I pride myself in working the hardest I possibly can in every task I take on. Whether that be in my class assignments, my professional life or in a leadership role, I dedicate myself completely.
