Sarah Ridenour

Hi, my name is Sarah Ridenour. I’m 21 years old and from a small town in Calvert County, Maryland. Currently I am a junior at Towson University majoring in Mass Communications with a track in Journalism and minoring in Electronic Media and Film. I hope be a sports broadcaster for one of the major networks, preferably working in hockey, football, or soccer. Sports have always been a huge part of my life, and I knew from an early age I wanted to have a career centered around them. My sophomore year of high school I started taking yearbook, and junior year I became the sports editor, and I’ve been hooked on sports journalism ever since. One of my biggest goals I hope to accomplish in my career is to one day help cover the Olympics for NBC. I have played competitive soccer my whole life, and right now I play for the Towson Women's Club Soccer team. I am also an intern with the Towson Sports Network. Email: [email protected]
