My award winning creative debut came at the age of 9 in the form of a moving and evocative play about a hamster joining the school choir. From there I began writing restaurant reviews for my local newspaper, which soon turned into book reviews and personal pieces published in print and on the paper's blog. I continued writing at Duke by joining the Her Campus Duke team as a writer and PR chair. In addition to Her Campus I began writing for the Philadelphia start up, FlockU LLC.
Writing transitioned from hobby to potential career the summer following my freshman year with a copywriting internship for Razorfish Health. Here I wrote all copy for the company's previously dormant social media, as well as copy for Razorfish Health's clients.
Created 4 content campaigns to give agency constant media to post which I took all photos and wrote all copy for: 1) Teach 'em to fish- featured advice from members of the Razorfish Health team 2) What's good in the Razorhood- team member's recommendations for local restaurants/bars/parks 3) RazorGlass- anonymous shoutouts
College is a time for trying new things and delving into experiences that you've never had before. That's why my first ever semester as a college student features a theatre seminar twice a week. Just for a little background info, I have never been into theatre or anything of the likes.

In high school it wasn't uncommon to sign-up for an extracurricular activity with college applications in the back of our minds. Getting ready for a college class is a significant step down from the process of getting ready for a day spent in the halls of high school.
