My grandma can cook. Maybe it's safe to assume that most people who grew up in Italy are gifted in the kitchen, but, in my unabashedly biased opinion, my grandma takes the panettone. (Sorry, bad Italian joke.) From pesto to pizza to cookies to cornish hens, she can do it all.

Liz Carrino's sweatpants are stained and a bit tattered from the day's work, and her hands are speckled with bits of dried paint. Still, her blonde hair is neatly styled and her fingernails display a flawless French manicure. Everything around her demonstrates this same apparent contradiction.
Fall has arrived at TCNJ. Getting back into sweaters and boots is making me all warm and fuzzy, and now that I can sit outside and watch the leaves turn, doing homework is actually fairly enjoyable (gasp!). But I'm not the only one getting into the spirit of autumn; the season of pumpkin is in full swing on Pinterest.
