The design of the house located at 95 Granny Treat Road in Wellfleet was inspired by boyhood memories of summer days that began with watching the sun rise over the ocean. Jim Margolis, the seller, says that the home's design is inspired by his recollections of family gatherings in the home when he was growing up.
