Miranda J Weindling

Freelance writer

Location icon Australia

Miranda is a writer and yoga teacher, often found in far flung places and currently based in Sydney, Australia. Having recently completed her masters in Film Aesthetics at the University of Oxford, she is now working on independent written projects – fiction and nonfiction – but can’t seem to stop studying. This insatiable curiosity consistently expands her world, literally and figuratively, with diverse projects always on the horizon. Her academic background in art history, english literature and philosophy, extensive travel and through the teaching and study of Yoga, mean her writings traverse vast terrains. She repeatedly fails to untangle the strands of what people refer to as ‘life’ and ‘art’.

She is currently taking on freelance written work, and available for reviews, criticism, commentaries and analysis for literature, art, film and exhibitions; articles, features, content, long-form journalism and blog posts concerning travel, yoga, meditation, wellbeing, the arts, culture, philosophy, socio-political events and a vast range of other subjects; creative collaborations; fiction and ghost writing. She has excellent research capabilities and is happy to consider all subjects and projects. Get in touch if you need a writer. [email protected].com
