Clemson Defensive End Bryant Named Defensive MVP - Cotton Bowl

Saturday, December 29, 2018 - Clemson defensive end Austin Bryant brought home the McKnight Trophy as the defensive of the 83rd Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. Bryant helped lead the Tigers to a 30-3 victory over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday night.

The sixth inning has made the difference in the Thursday and Friday night games against LSU this weekend. Where Thursday night was in the Rebels favor, last night the Rebels fell short even behind an impressive performance from Brady Feigl. Swayze field saw the second largest crowd in school history on Friday night.

Ole Miss men's basketball is looking to bounce back this Saturday against Georgia after suffering a tough loss on the road to South Carolina on Tuesday. The loss broke a four-game win streak, and now the Rebels are looking to get back in the win column.

Ole Miss golf finishes as runner-up in Hawaii - The Daily Mississippian

The Ole Miss men's golf team traveled out to the Pacific to compete in the Hoakalei Country Club Invitational in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, this week. Ole Miss ended their fall season on a positive note, finishing second overall in the three-day tournament, marking two of their lowest rounds in program history.

Rebels claim series over No. 6 Florida - The Daily Mississippian

Ole Miss softball clinched an exciting SEC series win over No. 6 Florida this weekend. Ole Miss had lost 7 of its last 8 previous games against the Gators going into this weekend, but the team was able to win its first series against Florida since 2007.

Finney, Alvarez lead Rebels to series win over Missouri - The Daily Mississippian

Ole Miss softball did not complete its first sweep of the season but was still able to take the series from Missouri for the team's fourth series win this season. The Rebels took both games in the Friday night doubleheader. They won the first game in eight innings with a 2-run walk off home run from Brittany Finney.

A come from behind win pushed the Ole Miss Rebels to beat the Arkansas Razorbacks and move on to play the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Tournament semifinals in Hoover, Alabama. After an impressive outing from Doug Nikhazy yesterday, another freshman pitcher showed up big for Ole Miss in Hoover.

Ole Miss baseball routs Arkansas-Pine Bluff in midweek Swayze matchup

A beautiful evening at Swayze Field brought a win for the Rebels. No. 4 Ole Miss defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff 10-3 in its final midweek home contest of the season to finish unbeaten at home in midweek games. The Rebels continued their offensive hot streak by combining for 10 runs on 11 hits.

Ole Miss golfer Braden Thornberry qualifies for 2018 U.S. Open

After shooting 66 at Ridgeway Country Club and 68 at Colonial Country Club, Thornberry totaled an overall 9-under par (-9) in the U.S. Open Qualifier to tie for fourth. This score earned the Ole Miss Rebel the opportunity to play in the U.S. Open, one of golf's most challenging tour events.

A new competition between longtime rivals Ole Miss and Mississippi State is kicking off this year. Ole Miss announced an Esports Egg Bowl between the schools that will start on Oct. 13. Esports is an organized, electronic video game competition.
