Thank you for visiting my writing portfolio and taking the time to learn more about me.

I am a publishing professional, writer, editor and blogger with 5+ years of experience and a degree in Journalism from San Jose State University.

Throughout my career, I have focused on several styles of writing, including lifestyle, entertainment, DIYs, travel, breaking news and people profiles. I have had the pleasure of running a company blog—managing all of the blog's creative content—and have also written and edited copy for videos, emails, products, homepages, lookbooks, product descriptions, SEO, newspapers, magazines, social media pages and other marketing initiatives.

For the last year, I have worked at Chronicle Books -- a publishing firm in San Francisco -- as an ecommerce assistant. I also work as a substitute teacher part-time and completed two internships with The Walt Disney Company.
