My name is Paul LoCigno and I am 16 years old. I am a sophomore high school student and a student journalist. I am also a martial artist and am enrolled in Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I earned my second-degree black belt in Muay Thai in June of 2018 and have been training for eleven years. For the past four and a half years, I have also been coaching and teaching martial arts to kids of all ages at Shogun Martial Arts.
