I've written a number of blogs for Glance – this is one of my favourites. We had great input from the client, which enabled me to make a counterintuitive argument.
This is a content piece that forms part of a wider campaign for Glance around the 'real-world' context of CX. Here the idea was to identify common sticking points in the customer journey that our prospects would recognise (and which Glance is able to solve). The piece zeroes in on customer's real (frustrating) experiences, so I was able to write emotively and informally here – and had a lot of fun!
