Husk Distillers launches the new red-hued Ink Sloe & Berry Gin

The new Ink Sloe & Berry Gin is Husk Distillers' take on the classic English 'sloe gin' (a rich red liqueur traditionally made by macerating gin with sloe berries), giving it a distinctly Australian twist by infusing an array of native fruits, florals and bush botanicals.

Australia's first agricole rum distillery is opening its cellar door

At this paddock-to-bottle producer, the spirit is made from sugar cane that's grown, pressed and distilled on site. Husk Distillers, in Tumbulgum, northern NSW, is Australia's first producer of agricole rum, with the sugar cane grown on the distillery's property. On 15 June, the distillery will open its doors for tours and tastings.

After much anticipation, beloved spirit makers Husk Distillers, the famed creators of Ink Gin and paddock-to-bottle agricole rums, has unveiled its new cellar door, cocktail bar and cafe in the lush Northern New South Wales town of Tumbulgum. Owners and founders, the Messenger family, will open Husk's gates to the public for the very first time on Thursday June 13.
