This is an intimate account of a commitment which forces you to think, consider and appreciate. ______ ______ Before the recent discovery of the 'wonders of Intermittent Fasting' by the most successful athletes, physicians and celebrities, Muslims have taken part in the annual month of Ramadan since 610 AD.
The actions that you do decide to take are the culmination of the process of decision making. And that process consists of elements important to yourself as well as what is deemed necessary in order for you to progress. A priority list essentially. There is value of character in decision making.
