Walking with a Purpose

It's hard to believe that something as terrifying as human trafficking occurs in our very own backyards. The victims of human trafficking are often caught in an endless cycle silenced by the fear of either being outed by law enforcement or killed by the trafficker, and at the same time wanting to speak out as they are being held against their own will.

Jhené Aiko takes a 'TRIP' Down Under

It was a chilly Sunday night when thousands of eager Jhené Aiko fans queued outside Margaret Court Arena. Jhené Aiko announced an Australian tour early this year following the release of her critically acclaimed album, Trip. The Los Angeles native rose to fame in 2013, following the success of her album Sail out.

A Finnish man received an $83,000 speeding ticket... but how?

Reima Kusla, a wealthy Finnish businessman was fined €54,000 ($83,000 AUD) after driving 15 miles over the speed limit. The police pulled Kusla over and it was only after further assessment of his income that they came to that total.

Meet the new face of Nike. Colin Kaepernick. Colin Kaepernick was a former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. He initially made headlines back in 2016 for choosing to kneel during the national anthem before each game. He reasoned his actions because he didn't feel the United States was representing all Americans.
