Frederick Leist

I graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor's degree in English in early 2018. While most of my writing there focused on literature, I have also worked on creative, technical, and persuasive writing. Primarily important to me has always been my ability to use writing as a process to inform others and even myself, and primarily interesting to me is writing's ability to produce growth in the author and audience alike. I have included in my portfolio several examples of writing I did during college - these are in MLA format, though I have removed the class and professor name in the interest of said professors' privacy.
