North Bay musician Kalei Yamanoha juggles multiple bands, constant shows

North Bay musician Kalei Yamanoha, 23, has played in 12 different bands, performed in 30 states and plays around 270 shows a year. He stays busy, and this season, you can find him accompanying the Imaginists theater ensemble in Santa Rosa and playing a big New Year's Eve show, with many other musicians, in Petaluma.

Tame Impala Turns the Greek Theatre Into a Psychedelic Dance Party - Sonoma Magazine

The synthesizer sounds of Australian indie-rock band Tame Impala resonated through a sold out Greek Theatre in Berkeley on Saturday. While many were away on a mystical Burning Man journey, frontman Kevin Parker and Co. propelled the Bay Area audience into a psychedelic trip - covering a swaying sea of fans with confetti, instead of playa dust.

Outside Lands 2016: Sunday's Music Highlights and Photo Gallery

Sunday at Outside Lands always feels a little more subdued, with the majority of the 70,000-thick crowd tired and/or hungover from the previous two days' worth of revelry. Much to the chagrin of the bleary-eyed, the sun chose to make an appearance on Sunday in the otherwise foggy and overcast Golden Gate Park.

BottleRock 2016: Photo Gallery and Top Five Highlights from Napa's Festival

This year's Bottlerock music festival in Napa featured an eclectic mix of artists, ranging from electronic, pop, glam rock and Mexican band music, as well as a mix of attendees. The three-day festival offered something for everyone, including children, seasoned concertgoers and those in between.
