St Pat's accommodation crisis TV package

A recent article published in DCU's student paper, The College View, exposed the poor living conditions in student accommodation on St Patrick's campus. Despite a significant increase in rent following the incorporation, no improvements have been made. Reporter William Dunne went to St Patrick's accommodation to see the conditions for himself.

DCU research set to gain from EU funding - The College View

Trinity Receive Confirmation On 250-Bed Project - The College View

Trinity College Dublin are to redevelop Oisín House on Pearse Street into a 250-bed accommodation project after receiving verbal confirmation from Dublin City Council. The original 278-bed project was rejected last July by An Bord Pleanála due to the architectural conservation of the proposed seven-storey student accommodation.

Jim Gavin: 'We will regroup'

Referees named for Champions Cup last four and people aren't happy

The referees for both Champions Cup semi-finals have been named with Frenchman Romain Poite announced as the referee for Munster's tie against reigning Champions Cup holders Saracens. Poite has reputation for making plenty of dubious decisions in the past including an incident at the beginning of this month that saw him send off Oyannax player Silvere Tian with ten minutes to go.

Who made the cut? Master's champion Willet among 10 previous winner to miss cut

It's day three at Augusta National and with the cut being made we have Rickie Fowler, Charley Hoffman, Sergio Garcia and Thomas Pieters tied for the lead at four under par. Klopp touchingly mentions Seamus Coleman in matchday notes for Merseyside derby

ANTRIM 2-12 CARLOW 0-15 Antrim claimed the Allianz Hurling League Division 2A title registering a win over Carlow at Pairc Esler. If you haven't already, then it's time to seriously accept that Tottenham Hotspur are genuine challengers for the title this season, even if Pep Guardiola and José Mourinho are now managing sides in England. Ronan O'Gara reveals his part in making Donnacha Ryan a Racing 92 player

Next season French club Racing 92 will not employ just one legend of Munster Rugby, but two. This is following the news that Donnacha Ryan, who didn't receive a new deal from the IRFU, will begin playing in France from next season onwards which will see him link up with former club and international teammate Ronan O'Gara.

Sziget: A Festival in Another World

When I'm questioned by people as to where Sziget is, I find it difficult to answer. While it's geographical location will bizarrely bring you to an island in the middle of the Danube in Budapest, Hungary, it literally feels like you are on a different planet.You're in a foreign country but everyone speaks English, you're in Hungary but don't have to pay with Hungarian forint and you see thousands of Irish people, yet the temperature exceeds 30 degrees.
