Daniel S Levine

Senior Entertainment & Politics Contributor at Heavy.com

United States

I have been interested in film, television and music for as long as he can remember and has an online presence going back to 2006. I started out writing music reviews on my own blog, but I've grown to love film even more, writing well over 100 reviews and thousands of news items for TheCelebrityCafe.com between 2011 and March 2016. I now work at Heavy.com as Entertainment Contributor, focusing on Star Wars, Comic Book and movie news. I've also worked extensively on political coverage during the election.

I have covered SXSW twice, the 2014 TCM Classic Film Festival, the Savannah Film Festival twice and 2015 New York Comic Con. My past experience includes internships at PCMag.com, The Florida Times-Union and TheCelebrityCafe.com. Skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, and WordPress and Blogger. I'm also active on Twitter and Facebook.
