An overview of my role in adding Payment Security to the PayPal Credit servicing experience.
A look at how I consolidated more than a dozen flows about signing in or accessing devices and accounts to better route users to the info they needed. In addition to creating a logical hierarchy for the decision tree, I also improved the content so that it was more accurate and matched AT&T's brand voice.

A support article explaining to DIRECTV customers why they'll see prorated charges on their first AT&T bill after being migrated to a new billing system.
A shorter, more user-friendly style guide I compiled for the vendors and others working with VA content for AT&T. (I used our larger internal style guide as the source material.)
