Asking the right questions provides a clear course, conveying every story and reader to a well-defined conclusion. For her, it’s more than about telling a story or sharing news. It’s about delivering content that can change lives, influence a culture, and continuously set the bar for great writing.

Over the course of her career, she has not only rocked the mic for Chicago’s True Star Radio as a radio personality, but also produced engaging content for some of the city’s most esteemed publications including the Chicago Defender, Illinois Real Estate Journal, Chicago Industrial Properties, and Retail Merchandiser magazine. Additionally, her background includes writing for a myriad of industries including real estate, construction, food and beverages, manufacturing, homebuilding, supply chain, energy and gas, transportation & logistics, franchising, baby and kids, foodservice and restaurants, and leisure and hospitality.

In her current role as Content Manager at HR Daily Advisor, Bianca provides news, advice, practical tips, and analysis for HR professionals on a daily basis. Delivering content through various multi-media - including podcasts, case studies, blogs, profiles, webinars, e-newsletters, and video - she continuously taps the pulse of the Human Resources industry covering the hottest topics.
