Freelance Journalist

United States of America

I'm a freelance journalist based in Phoenix, Az. Born in Los Angeles, Ca, my love for writing was a slow but gradual process that started when I watched the Christopher Reeve Superman movies. My passion further developed in middle school and eventually took root in high school. It wasn't until i attended the University of California, Riverside that I decided to cultivate a career in writing.
I wrote several pieces for UC Riverside's Highlander Newspaper including news and features. I became more enamored with writing features and profiles of people after taking a journalism course. After graduating, I interned at the Santa Monica Daily Press and then I wrote freelance for the Argonaut Newspaper. After all of that, I moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area and I am looking for the next story to write about.
